It is not always the case that “time heals all wounds.” Unresolved issues can impact us over our lifetime. Therapy is one tool to help you unlock your authenticity, resilience, and drive. I am honored to walk beside each individual to develop clear goals and begin to recover focus and meaning. I am curious to get to know you as a whole person. Whether you are seeking help with anxiety, trauma, mood, or relationships and intimacy, together we will work to utilize your unique strengths for healing.
I work with teens and adults using evidenced-based practices and create an individualized approach for each client based upon their unique goals. My approaches include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), attachment-informed therapies such as emotion-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness. We will work together to find strategies and supports that foster the change you want to see in your life. I welcome all LGBTQAI individuals and continue to educate myself on strengths and issues relevant to this diverse group.
