Unlike our physical wounds, which a trauma surgeon can treat using anesthesia–there is no pain-reducing tool we can utilize in our sessions. Talk therapy is raw and difficult–at times, it can be painful. As such, I am committed to providing you with a supportive therapeutic space where such vulnerability is transformative and manageable–you will set the pace and guide the process.
