With my background in school counseling and music therapy, I have experience working with diverse cultures, identities, trauma backgrounds, and disabilities, therefore I am always adapting my approach to accommodate the needs of the individuals I am working with. I prioritize understanding your perspective and will tailor our sessions to be relevant and sensitive to your unique needs.

I integrate trauma-informed strategies, creative arts techniques, mindfulness, and psychoeducation to support the therapeutic process. I frequently draw upon techniques from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Emotion-Focused Therapy; however, I am eclectic in my approach and incorporate other evidence-based techniques as-needed.
