Adolescent Counseling: We offer specialized counseling for adolescents, helping them manage the complex emotions and pressures they face as they transition to adulthood. Our therapists provide a safe space for teens to express themselves and develop healthy coping mechanisms.

Adult Counseling: Our adult counseling sessions are designed to help clients address personal issues and develop coping strategies in a supportive, one-on-one setting. Sessions typically last 45 to 60 minutes and focus on reducing problematic behaviors, feelings, and beliefs.

Family Counseling: Family counseling aims to enhance communication and resolve conflicts within the family unit. Whether involving the entire family or specific members, these sessions help promote understanding and stronger relationships.

Specialized Counseling at Our Haymarket Location:

Play Therapy
Play therapy provides a safe place where children can work through their emotions using toys, games and other resources to help them express their feelings and thoughts in order to heal.
