Online Therapy in Florida

Therapy is easiest to keep going when getting to it is not the hard part. Our Florida clinician is licensed in Florida and sees clients by secure video anywhere in the state — as well as in person at our Port St. Lucie office.
Sessions are available in English or Spanish.
Anywhere in Florida
Because care is delivered by video under a Florida licence, where you live in the state does not restrict who you can see. Clients join us from Port St. Lucie and the Treasure Coast, and from across Florida — Stuart, Fort Pierce, Jensen Beach, Vero Beach, Palm City, Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, St. Petersburg, Orlando, Tampa, and Miami among them.
If you would rather be seen in person, our Port St. Lucie office is at 1860 SW Fountainview Blvd., Suite 15.
What we work with
- Anxiety, stress, and the sense of running slightly ahead of yourself
- Depression and low mood
- Trauma, including work with military families and adjustment after service
- Adolescents, and parents trying to work out how to help one
- Family dynamics, parenting, and life transitions
- Cultural transition and acculturation stress
Therapy in Spanish
Our Florida clinician is bilingual and conducts complete sessions in Spanish — not translated, and not through an interpreter. For many clients, being able to describe something in the language they first felt it in changes what therapy can reach.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to live in Port St. Lucie?
No. Our Florida clinician is licensed in Florida, so she can see clients anywhere in the state by secure video — Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, St. Petersburg, Stuart, Fort Pierce, Vero Beach, or anywhere else in Florida.
Can I be seen in Spanish?
Yes. Our Florida clinician is bilingual and conducts full sessions in Spanish or English. See our Spanish-speaking counseling page.
Is online therapy as effective as meeting in person?
For most concerns the research shows comparable outcomes, and it removes the two things that most often end therapy early — travel and scheduling. Some work benefits from being in the room together, and your therapist will tell you if that applies.
Can I come to the Port St. Lucie office instead?
Yes. The office is at 1860 SW Fountainview Blvd., Suite 15, Port St. Lucie, FL 34986. Call (772) 228-4332 to ask about in-person availability.
What do I need for a video session?
A private space, a reliable connection, and a phone, tablet or computer with a camera. We will send a secure link before your appointment — there is nothing to install.
