Life Enrichment Counseling Center, Inc. provides mental health counseling services including individual, adolescent, children's, family, and couples counseling, as well as specialized services such as art therapy, music therapy, play therapy, and psychiatric evaluation and medication management.

When you opt in to receive SMS messages from us, you may receive transactional, informational, and service-related messages. These may include appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, service updates, scheduling updates, account notifications, and other operational communications related to your engagement with our services.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use our services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of our website, forms, or services
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company or any other person or entity
• Use our services to transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content
• Collect or harvest information from our website without authorization

4. SMS Communications

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from Life Enrichment Counseling Center, Inc. These messages may include transactional, informational, and service-related communications such as appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, service updates, scheduling notifications, account notifications, and other operational messages related to your engagement with our services.

Message frequency may vary based on your interactions with our services. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the phone number from which you received our messages. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, you may sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out of SMS messages does not affect other forms of communication unless separately requested.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services or to consent to receive SMS communications from us. Minors may receive services with appropriate parental or guardian consent.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, designs, and software, are the property of Life Enrichment Counseling Center, Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Our counseling services are provided by licensed mental health professionals. The therapeutic relationship and treatment plans are established between you and your assigned therapist or counselor.

We strive to provide high-quality mental health services, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results from therapy.

8. Payment Terms

Payment terms for our services will be outlined during your intake process and on invoices. We accept various insurance plans and offer out-of-pocket payment options.

Cancellation fees may apply for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, as outlined in our cancellation policy.

9. Confidentiality

We understand the importance of protecting your health information. We maintain confidentiality in accordance with applicable laws, including HIPAA and state regulations.

Confidential information may be disclosed in limited circumstances, such as when required by law, to prevent imminent harm, or as necessary for treatment coordination with your consent.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website, communications, and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

While we strive to provide high-quality mental health services, we do not guarantee any specific therapeutic outcomes or results. Mental health treatment outcomes vary based on individual circumstances.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Life Enrichment Counseling Center, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of, or inability to use, our services.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Life Enrichment Counseling Center, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we determine that continued service is no longer appropriate.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.
