Adult therapy sessions typically range from 45 to 60 minutes and focus on addressing emotional distress, negative thought patterns, and life stressors while fostering practical problem-solving skills and long-term growth.

Family sessions aim to improve communication, resolve ongoing conflicts, and strengthen family bonds. Meetings may involve the full family unit or selected members working toward specific goals.
