Carolyn Kramp, LMFT
(Gainesville #2, Online Therapy)
Throughout my life I have enjoyed getting to know people of various ages, races, ethnicities, and backgrounds. I’ve also had a real compassion for those who are struggling or suffering, which stems in part from seeing family and friends go through loss and difficulties, and from going through my own and receiving empathy and support from others. People have often noted that I am a good listener or am a caring person. I’ve been inspired by individuals who lived lives of service and have found that helping others as a therapist is very fulfilling. Whether you are dealing with stress, life transitions, trauma, or relationship challenges, I believe that therapy can provide significant help for working through difficult emotions, gaining effective skills, and/or finding meaningful solutions.
I strive to be a therapist who is empathic, genuine, nonjudgmental and respectful, and one who attends carefully and instills hope. I work collaboratively to help my clients identify goals, develop a treatment plan, and learn useful emotional, coping and relational skills. In addition, I affirm client strengths, provide reliable support and respect the client’s unique healing journey. It’s been my honor to have helped many clients obtain healing, an improved mood, improved communication, enhanced relational skills, better self-regulation, stronger relationships, better intimacy, and greater self-esteem and fulfillment. I would count it a privilege also to assist you with your emotional, relational or life challenges.
