Lexy Wright, MSW, Social Work Supervisee
(Online Therapy)
Do you ever feel overwhelmed, burned out, or like you’re running on fumes? As women, we often find ourselves carrying the emotional weight of work, relationships, family, and caregiving while putting our own needs somewhere near the bottom of the list. Life’s many demands and transitions can leave us feeling anxious, depressed, disconnected, or unsure of where to begin.
My goal is to create a compassionate, supportive space where you can slow down, feel heard, and reconnect with yourself. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and my role is not to tell you who you should be or what you should do, but to help you better understand yourself, identify what you need, and develop the tools and confidence to honor those needs.
I believe deeply in the mind-body connection and recognize that stress, anxiety, and difficult experiences can affect us both emotionally and physically. Through an integrative approach, I incorporate mindfulness, somatic strategies, self-compassion, and individualized tools to support healing, deepen self-awareness, and help clients feel more connected to themselves and their needs.
You don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out. Therapy can be a place to begin making sense of what you’re experiencing, practice offering yourself the same compassion you so readily give to others and move toward a life that feels more aligned with who you are and what matters most to you.
