My interest in becoming a therapist began in high school when I had an amazing school counselor who made a lasting impact on my life. During a time when I was facing challenges and trying to understand grief and myself, my counselor provided support, encouragement, and a safe space to talk openly. Their guidance helped me build confidence, develop coping skills, and recognize my own strengths. That experience showed me how powerful compassionate listening and professional support can be.

Since then, I have felt inspired to pursue a career in therapy so that I can make a similar difference in the lives of others. I want to help people navigate difficult situations, discover their potential, and feel empowered to be their authentic selves.
